If you have the following, you will need to change within 60 days of moving:

• Medicare Advantage plans
• Prescription Drug Plans

If you have the following, you DO NOT have to change:

• Medicare Supplement
• Federal Retirement Plan
• State Retirement Plan
• Employee Retirement Plan
