Healthy Gingerbread Latte

There’s nothing cozier than sipping a warm latte on a chilly day!  We’re having our coldest week of the year, and this is perfect.  

This Healthy Gingerbread Latte is free of refined sugar, dairy, gluten annnnnnd easy to make.



  • espresso
  • almond milk or milk of choice
  • cinnamon
  • ground
  • ginger
  • nutmeg
  • molasses (optional)

If you want to sweeten your latte, you’ll also need molasses or honey.


  1. Simply heat your almond milk.
  2. Stir in your spices (honey or molasses if using it)
  3. Froth or whisk together.
  4. While it’s heating up, brew your espresso. Pour the milk mixture into a mug and top with espresso.

That’s it!
